The two works are performed simultaneously.
World Premiere recording of the complete edition.
Recorded live at the Cornish Theater of the Cornish Institute; Seattle, Washington on December 11, 1983.
Tape hiss and some distortions are present due to the limitations of the analogue source material.
Originally released in a 4xLP Box Set under the same catalogue number.
