The package consists of a 7" record of previously unreleased material and an additional CD 'Penus Rectus 1997', which features a selection of 12 tracks from the triple cassette originally released on New Noise Records in 1997. Released by Dead Mind Records on license, with thanks to Peter Zincken.
Tracklist for CD is not present with the release itself but provided here by the label.
The Pain Jerk track "Penisentrophy" was later released for free as Against Boot Thing, with the artist alleging that they specifically denied Dead Mind Records permission to include the track on this release.
